Properties National LLC purchases distressed properties and specializes in wholesale, rehab with creative solutions to appropriate Real Estate needs.

Properties National LLC desired a logo design for their brand that would describe them as a real estate firm, but also highlight a landmark of their area. The logo includes the King and Queen buildings that are in the Concourse at Landmark Center in Atlanta. The logo is used today for online and offline marketing and is displayed on signs on their current real estate projects and more.

About the Client:
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is a children's hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with its primary campus located in the University City neighborhood of West Philadelphia. It is one of the largest and oldest children's hospitals in the world, and United States' first hospital dedicated to the healthcare of children. CHOP has been ranked as the best children's hospital in the United States and number one in the nation by U.S. News for three out of ten specialties.

About the Project:
This particular project was done for the New Born Intensive Care (NICU) at CHOP. Many of the nurses in the NICU at CHOP partner together to form various groups to further their support and their dedication to the wellness of newborns. The “preemie” group for premature babies desired a design to be made including the term “Preemie Strong” to be printed on shirts and tanks that could be worn while exercising to emphasize strength. The sale took place in November, premature awareness month and the proceeds went to support the group's mission and the help of the babies. The design depicts a weighted barbell on top of letter blocks, combining the aspect of strong with the blocks for babies.

About the Client:
The client here was Me! I designed all the materials for my wedding. My wedding was held at the Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA. A whimsical, indoor courtyard with waterfalls and twinkle lights.

About the Project:
I wanted to design a series of items for my wedding that would compliment the vibe of the venue and the “theme” of our wedding. Lots of greens, candlelight and whimsical aspects were displayed. A specific color scheme and replication of digitally painted flowers carried on throughout all the pieces.

Road Rescue, a natural asphalt company, needed a flyer designed that would showcase the company's offerings to retail stores, including the quality of the product and its competitive pricing.

To achieve this, I created a design that was clean and bright, utilizing the brand’s color palette. Through careful attention to detail and a strong understanding of the client's needs, I was able to create a design that effectively communicated the benefits of Road Rescue's product line to potential retail partners.

PrideRock Wildlife Refuge is a sanctuary dedicated to providing a safe haven for rescued big cats and other wildlife. Committed to the care and well-being of animals in need, PrideRock offers a lifelong home where these magnificent creatures can live out their lives in peace and safety.
